Well, this is a first!
It’s time to sit down and answer some blogging related questions. The questions in this Q&A are from the Sunshine Tag and I was kindly nominated by @oliviamchale on Twitter!
I get into why I started blogging, what I love about it and where I for see this going.
If you have any questions I have not added on to here, do not hesitate to drop them in the comments or on Twitter 🙌🏼
1. Why did you get into Blogging?
Well, what a question to start. It is something I have skimmed over in my Influencer post and I am not fully ready to disclose the context JUST yet but…my fiancé and I were having a super hard time. Life, stress, all the usual stuff.
I needed something to take my mind off of all that crap and decided I wanted to throw myself into taking pictures and writing about my experiences. I wanted to do be about my daily adventures and everything I was loving, so TheDailyEverything was born!
P.s I am now happily married! See it through the bad times!
2. Which is your most favourite blog post that you’ve written and why?
My favourite post so far has been my ‘Giving up the Mindless Scroll’ Post. I am so passionate around positive engagement and engaging in content you absolutely love as opposed to engaging just for the likes and the follow backs.
This is the first post of mine that really got a lot of attention and I’m still super proud of it!
3. Where do you find inspiration for blog posts?
In my Mindless Scroll Post I discussed how I changed my mentality towards the end of 2017. Instead of writing about what I thought people wanted to read, I wrote about what I loved and since then, my personal experiences have been my main source of inspiration.
4. How do you see your blog developing in the future?
I honestly have no idea. My main aim is to continue to connect with inspiring creators and continue to grow and develop my own content!
It’s all so exciting!
5. What is one goal that you would like to complete this year?
Well, in my wisdom (I’m 25 haha!) I am looking to achieve something incredibly personal and that is to maintain a healthy work life balance. I am all too aware that I let the pendulum swing to far too the work side of things and find I am so wrapped up that I don’t allow myself time to relax and just be. That is my aim for 2018.
Woo! That was fun. As a blogger of around a year and a half, it’s so cool to look back on the changes so far and makes me super duper excited for what’s to come!
